Notice on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK)

1. Data Controller

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") of the Republic of Turkey, the Tivi Gündem app processes the following information as the data controller.

Data processed automatically (by technical means):

• Device identifier (anonymous)
• Approximate location information (country/city via IP)
• Device brand, operating system, app version, and usage statistics
• Notification preferences

Data you share voluntarily (from the profile screen):

• Email address — only for sending the weekly newsletter, with your separate consent
• Age range — for news recommendations suited to your age group
• Profession — for news recommendations tailored to your profession

Your first name, last name, or phone number is never requested or processed.

3. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Data is processed for in-app personalization, sending notifications, improving and enhancing service quality (statistical analysis), and fulfilling legal obligations. Automatically collected device/usage data is evaluated solely for statistical and service-improvement purposes under our legitimate interest.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Data is shared, to a limited extent, with service providers such as Google AdMob and RevenueCat, solely for the purpose of providing the relevant service (ad serving, subscription management).

5. Data Subject Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information about such processing, and request deletion or destruction of your data. You can exercise this request instantly and yourself from within the app via Settings > Delete My Account.
